Privacy Policy

Account registration: email address, optional display name, and authentication provider data when you sign in with Google (see Section 3).

Service usage: imported or manually entered trades, journal notes, tags, psychology fields (entry/exit reasons, score), and table layout preferences.

Technical data: session cookies, language and theme settings, and error logs for diagnostics.

Authentication, storing and displaying your trade log, dashboard analytics, and optional AI daily digest generation.

Service improvement, abuse prevention, and support requests.

Compliance with applicable law.

When you sign in with Google, go日誌 uses Google OAuth with the openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile scopes.

Data accessed: your email address, basic profile information (display name and profile picture, where available), and your Google account identifier (the OpenID sub value). We do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google Workspace data.

How we use it: solely to create and authenticate your account, to recognize you when you return, and to pre-fill your display name. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Sharing: we do not share Google user data with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service — Supabase (authentication, database, storage) and our hosting provider — who process it on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Google user data is never sent to the Anthropic Claude API or any other AI provider, and is never used to develop, improve, or train AI or ML models.

Storage and protection: Google user data is stored in our Supabase Postgres database, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with access restricted through row-level security and limited administrative access.

Retention and deletion: we retain your Google user data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Profile, or by emailing support@gonisshi.com.

When AI digest is enabled, aggregated trade statistics and psychology fields (truncated to 120 characters) are sent to the Anthropic Claude API. Full rich-text trade notes are not sent. Google user data is never sent to the Claude API.

We use Supabase (database, auth, storage) and our hosting provider. Their privacy policies apply to infrastructure processing.

We do not use any personal data — including Google user data and trade data — to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.

Data is retained while your account is active. Deleting a trading account in Settings removes associated trades (linked journal notes have trade_id cleared).

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from Settings → Profile. You may also email support@gonisshi.com; verified requests are completed within 30 days.
